This week’s article was about the DJI MIC Mini 2S. That now shortly after I bought the DJI Mic Mini V1 appeared. In between, however, about 14 days after I bought mine, the DJI Mic Mini 2 also came out.

But since this version essentially had no technical differences to the DJI Mic Mini V1, which is not an issue. The Mini 2S. However, is already a little different here. It also offers the option to save the audio track internally on the microphone.

Just as you know, for example, from the Mic 2, for example, with the Osmo Pocket 3. This internal storage, which is also done with 32 bit float, gives you additional security when recording, because here in the event of any disconnections or if you have mistakenly set the recording level incorrectly, for example, too quiet or too loud. Here with this 32 bit float recording in the mail can still save a lot

The DJI Mic Mini can also manage up to four microphones separately. And has the option to turn on other things such as noise profiles and so on, so on, so that if you don’t necessarily want to rework, you still get relatively good results. For my part, I am very satisfied with this innovation because it simply makes life easier and brings the security you need in many places.

Then we come back to the storage crisis. At the moment, it seems that the manufacturers do not want to provide the customer with an equivalent device with warranty claims for SSDs or NVMe, but to reimburse the originally significantly lower purchase price, because SSDs have also risen in their price by leaps a a-surp. Of course, the question arises whether this is a simple possibility of conversion, because the transformation is usually pronounced by the customer and not by the company.

And finally, WordPress has released version 7.1 . The new version probably comes with a whole number of improvements, be it in the small as self-selectable icons or an improved cutting tool. I will first install the new version on a blog and then see if all plugins are still running.
