This article is about the Ivanky Fusion Dock, a Thunderbolt Fear Dog, which is now his third attempt at a dock and has led to success. The Ivanky Fusion Dock one offers enough connections, both in the form of Thunderbolt 4 and USB-A and USB-C ports. In addition, there are of course connections, for example for a headset or for the SD and micro SD card. The decisive factor in this dock is the fact that with the connected cable that is connected to the MacBook, there are still two Thunderbolt 4 ports on the back, for example, to connect my two monitors. This works great even without appropriate drivers, so that the problems with the scaling, especially with a 4K monitor, are no longer present. The Thunderbolt 4 dock comes in an all-metal housing that dissipates heat well. Nevertheless, of course, the surface becomes very warm with a high load.
This week we still have some news in the field of cameras. There are new introductions from both Sony and Canon. Sony has introduced an A7R VI, which comes with a resolution of at least 668 megapixels and also offers a higher continuous shooting speed. In contrast to the Lumix cameras, for example, this Sony camera is delivered with a different battery, so you have to start over again with the replacement batteries.gen muss.
Second, Canon has released an R6V series. A full-frame camera that is functional and also in size quite comparable to, for example, the Lumix S9. If you want to refrain from the fact that the latter does not have a 32-megapixel sensor, but only a 24-megapixel sensor, Canon has built in a fan here to get the heat generation inside such a small case and also delivers open-gate recording formats up to 7K and up to 60 frames per second. Also new is the 24-50/4.0 standard zoom for this camera.
Where we are already at the new camera presentations, Panasonic should also be mentioned here, which has introduced a compact camera with the Lumix L10 after years. The L10 comes with a fixed built-in lens, which corresponds approximately to the focal length of 24-75 mm. And the sensor is supposed to be a GH7 sensor, i.e. a micro thirds sensor with 20 megapixels. The camera then has a pull-out lens cap in the shape to protect the lens and of course also comes with a viewfinder. In direct comparison, for example, in videos, the camera was only slightly smaller than, for example, the Lumix S 9, which of course has to do without a viewfinder. In addition, the camera offers two new photo styles, namely Lumix Classic and Lumix Classic Gold. According to initial information, the price is about 1400-1500 €, so also comparable to the Lumix S9 with the kit lens.
